All payments made to FlyVisaBD are for service charges related to visa processing, consultation, and documentation support.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Service fees are non-refundable once the visa application process has started

  • Consultation fees are strictly non-refundable

  • Government/embassy fees are non-refundable under any circumstances

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

  • If the application process has not yet started

  • If FlyVisaBD fails to provide the agreed service

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake

4. Visa Rejection

FlyVisaBD is not responsible for visa rejection. Therefore:

  • No refund will be provided if a visa is rejected by the embassy

  • The decision depends entirely on the respective embassy or immigration authority

5. Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made before the application process begins

  • Once documents are submitted or processing starts, cancellation may not be possible

6. Processing Time for Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method

7. Changes to Policy
