Service fees are non-refundable once the visa application process has started
Consultation fees are strictly non-refundable
Government/embassy fees are non-refundable under any circumstances
A refund may be considered only in the following cases:
If the application process has not yet started
If FlyVisaBD fails to provide the agreed service
Duplicate payment made by mistake
FlyVisaBD is not responsible for visa rejection. Therefore:
No refund will be provided if a visa is rejected by the embassy
The decision depends entirely on the respective embassy or immigration authority
Cancellation requests must be made before the application process begins
Once documents are submitted or processing starts, cancellation may not be possible
If a refund is approved:
It will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be made through the original payment method
